Training on Phenomenon-based learning concept and how to use the project results by recent and future teachers was realised on 20-21 June 2026
As part of the piloting phase of the project, on 20th and 21st of June, dedicated induction trainings were organised with recent teachers from Varna region. Around 45 teachers have been trained on how to implement the Phenomenon-based approach into cross-subjects dysciplines including in the newly developed STEM centres by the Ministry of Education and Science in Bulgaria.
Teachers were equipped with practice scenarios and lessons plans based on the Phenomenon-based learning concept adopted from the Finnish educational system. During group sessions, the teachers were able to discuss and build on new scenarios, which are embedding the PhBL concept.
